Robert Joynes focuses his practice on preparing and prosecuting U.S. patent applications on behalf of domestic and foreign clients in the chemical, biotechnology and pharmaceutical arts. In addition, Robert provides opinions to clients on patentability, validity and clearance matters.

Prior to joining Wenderoth, Robert worked at the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a Patent Examiner. Additionally, Robert worked at the National Institutes of Health in the Office of Technology Transfer. Furthermore, Robert worked at both Nath, Goldberg & Meyer and Plumsea Law Group prior to joining the firm.
When not practicing law, Robert enjoys exploring the world around him through the lens of his camera. In addition, Robert enjoys time with his family and supporting his favorite sports teams.
